2025 Business Travel Sustainability Awards

The BTN Group has established the Business Travel Sustainability Awards in acknowledgement of the importance of this issue for our industry and in recognition of the role we can perform in protecting the environment.

A company can enter as many categories as it wishes subject to eligibility. The Business Travel Sustainability Awards  judges are particularly keen to understand how your company has worked to serve corporate travel buyers and/or pushed to advance the mission of environmental sustainability within the business travel industry.

To that end, the awards application process will ask specifically about the outcome of partnerships and the effects of innovation. We are looking for tangible, supported results – not only the aspirations that underpin an applicant’s products and services.

Winners will be announced via press release in late April/early May 2025.

Entering the Awards

The entry process for the Business Travel Sustainability Awards are as follows:

• Stage 1 entries open: Monday, 18 November 2024, 9am GMT (10am CET)

• Stage 1 entries close: Monday, 17 January 2025, 5pm GMT (6pm CET)

• Finalists announced & Stage 2 entries open: Monday, 17 February 2025

• Stage 2 entries close: Friday, 21 March 2025, 5pm GMT (6pm CET)

• Winners announced via press release in late April/early May 2025
